Control of operations, determining the processes and finding ways to make your products more marketable will be decided easily since it does not have to pass through many departments unlike in a corporation. However, if you feel that the circumstances of your business needs to be changed or if it is rapidly expanding that you can not keep on managing it alone, then you might consider changing it into a partnership form of business.
