If workers are more than content with their jobs, it will reflect in their overall productivity daily. They are also adhere to the standards and goals set by the corporations. In order to motivate personnel, companies can ask for comments and suggestions, offer incentives such as medical insurance benefits, leave credits, and rewards for no tardiness and absences.
But just because enterprises are able to accomplish majority of these endeavours, they should still strive to improve their industry to usher in more progress and development through enhancement of products and services.
