Makeup Tips for Businesswomen

For businesswomen, it is important to look smart and professional. Makeup can help them achieve this if applied the right way. Foundation, for example, should be applied thinly on the skin. For blemishes and dark spots, a small amount of concealer should do. To keep the foundation in place, follow with a light sprinkling of loose powder. Blend into the skin with a big makeup brush.

For the eyes, lightly brush soft colour on the eyelids. A business meeting is not the right time to show off your newly bought neon pink eyeshadow. Keep it for a night out with the girls. Finally, apply the softest shade of pink or peach blush on the apple of your cheeks. Finish with a tinted lip balm and you are good to go!

Remember that business makeup should be kept natural and simple. Putting too much makeup not only makes you seem like a person with bad taste, but it also makes clients doubt your professionalism. In business makeup, less is definitely more!
